At present, the Bury Society informs its members of its work and other relevant issues through its newsletter, produced three times a year by volunteers. The editor is Susan Sollohub. The newsletter reflects the Society’s concerns on current issues facing the town. Contributions are welcome from anybody.
Each issue usually has reports on current campaigns, planning applications of note, and articles of interest to members. There is also a report by our Chairman, Simon Pott, and a diary of events,
Copies of the newsletter are sent, automatically, to members.
The issue for Summer 2008 includes: our new Chairman’s report, Planning Officer’s report, report on Bury in Bloom, and “Selling the family silver” - a challenge to development plans for the town, are among the many varied items.
